Digital Services Act
In compliance with the Digital Services Act (DSA), a European regulation designed to create a safer digital space, we are providing the following information about our platform. At FoxeeGames, we are dedicated to transparency and to ensuring our users have a safe and positive experience.
Our EU Audience
The DSA requires online platforms to publish the average number of monthly active users in the European Union. This number helps determine if a platform is considered a "Very Large Online Platform" (VLOP), which applies to services with over 45 million users.
Based on the six-month period ending on September 1, 2025, the estimated average number of monthly active users on FoxeeGames in the EU is 8,060,1. This figure is provided solely to meet the DSA's requirements.
Reporting Illegal Content and Disputing Decisions
Under the DSA, we have a clear system for handling illegal content. If you believe any content on our platform is illegal in the EU or violates our terms, you can submit a notice. This applies to individual users, government authorities, and trusted flaggers.
If we take action on your account or on reported content, you have the right to appeal our decision. You can submit an appeal within six months by contacting us through the information provided below. You can also seek assistance from a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body, which the European Commission will list on its website as they become available.
Single Point of Contact
For direct communication regarding the application of the DSA, FoxeeGames has a designated point of contact for the European Commission, EU Member States' authorities, and our EU-based users.
