Hey there, and welcome to FoxeeGames.com! We're thrilled to have you here. Before you jump in and play, let's go over a few ground rules. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you," "your," or the "User") and us, Maxflow BV, the company behind FoxeeGames ("we," "us," or "our"). We're a Belgian company, registered in Leuven, and our main goal is to give you an awesome online gaming platform ("Platform").
By using our Platform, you're agreeing to these Terms, along with our Privacy and Cookie Policy. It's important to read them both carefully.

Make sure the FoxeeGames logo is clearly visible.
Only monetize them using the standard methods of that platform.
Don't claim that we're officially sponsoring or endorsing your content (unless we have a partnership with you).
Are responsible for any other content you use, like music.
3. Playing Fair: Access and Rules
You can use our site with or without an account. If you do make an account, you're responsible for keeping your login info safe. Any activity on your account is on you. And please, use your own accurate information—no faking it.
If you're between 13 and the legal age of consent in your country, you need to have your parent or guardian's permission to use our site. We might ask you to prove your age, so be ready for that.
Using our Platform comes with a few basic rules to keep things fair and safe for everyone:
Don't be a bot. No using automated tools or "web scraping" to copy content from our site. It's just not cool.

If you don't provide the info we need to verify your account within 30 days, we might have to terminate it. Also, if your username breaks our rules, we reserve the right to remove it.
5. Your Privacy Matters

6. Third-Party Stuff and Promotions
Our site has links to other websites and services, including ads. We're not responsible for any of the content on those third-party sites. If you decide to buy something or sign up for a promotion with them, that's between you and them. We're not responsible for any issues that come up.
7. Buying In-Game Items
We don't sell in-game items directly. Instead, we use a third-party service, Xsolla, to handle those purchases. So, when you buy something in a game, you're doing so through their service. Your purchase will be linked to your FoxeeGames account, but we're not responsible for any issues with the items themselves, like bugs or missing content. Refunds are subject to Xsolla's policy.
8. Our Names and Logos
Please don't use any of the logos, names, or brand designs from our site without our permission. They belong to us or our partners.
9. Embedding Our Games
We let other websites embed our games using an embed code we provide. If you do this, you must keep all the in-game ads, links, and our branding visible. We can block any site from embedding our games at any time, for any reason.
10. No Guarantees: The "As Is" Clause
We do our best to make our site run smoothly, but we can't guarantee that it will always be perfect, secure, or free of viruses. Our Platform and all the materials on it are provided "as is," without any warranties.
11. Our Liability: What We Are and Are Not Responsible For
Since our Platform is free to use, our liability is limited. We're not responsible for any damages or losses you might experience from using our site, including data loss, lost profits, or any issues with third-party content. In any event, our maximum liability to you will not exceed Rs 1000 INR.
12. Your Responsibility: Indemnification
If we get sued because of something you did on our Platform, you agree to cover all the costs and damages that we incur.
13. When It's Over: Termination or Deletion
You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. We can also suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you've violated these Terms, or for any other reason we deem necessary.

If you think a game on our site infringes on your copyright, you can send us a notice, and we'll look into it.
15. Handling Disputes
We prefer to handle disputes without lawyers if we can. If you have a problem, please send us a detailed written notice via email at legal@foxeegames.com, and we'll have 30 days to try and resolve it with you.
16. Applicable Law
We're a Belgian company, so these Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any legal disputes will be handled by the courts in Leuven, Belgium.
17. The Little Details
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest of the document will still apply. These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, represent the full agreement between us. Your use of the site doesn't create an employment or partnership relationship with us. You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else.
